All you need is a candle and mustard oil (or olive oil). Melt the wax and add oil to it, make it a thick paste. Apply the paste in the cracks. If you don’t get the desired texture, add a few drops of water or any anti-septic liquid when you heat the wax. Wait for ten minutes. Soak the feet in warm water for 10 minutes. Brush your feet using a pumice stone or a soft brush. You can also add mild shampoo when you scrub the feet. It removes the dirt. After brushing, rinse the feet thoroughly. Let it dry and apply moisturizer to keep the feet hydrated. You may also wear cotton socks overnight.

Just like we some face packs for skin brightness, try this fairness pack for your feet. Rosewater, glycerin and lemon (optional) are sufficient.

Wash your feet and pat it dry. Mix equal amount of rose water, glycerin and lemon juice (squeeze a lemon, mix some water to get the equal quantity of other ingredients). Blend the mixture well. Soak a cotton ball and apply it gently on the feet. Your feet will be brighter and softer.

Say bye to thicker skin on the feet

Many women tend to have a harder skin on the feet. Harder skin is nothing but rough and thicker skin at the bottom feet. Apply aloe Vera gel regularly before bed at the bottom of your feet. Alternatively, you can also try massaging the feet with coconut oil. Apply coconut oil generously and massage the feet until the skin absorbs the oil. It softens the skin, retains the moisture and ensures smooth feet.

Boil around 3 – 4 litres of water. Add a handful of salt (recommended Epsom salt or pink salt) to the boiled water. You can heat the water to the maximum temperature where you can tolerate the heat. If you feel temperature is too high to soak your feet, let the water cool, don’t make it too warm. The water should be hot.

Soak your aching feet into the hot water (comfortable temperature) (remember not to burn your foot by soaking it in water that is too hot). You will find a sort of stimulation in your feet. Soak the feet until the temperature recedes. It is an instant remedy to get rid of the foot pain and it even reduces the body aches.

Remove Blackness in your toe fingers / feet

Generally, blackness in the feet is caused by lack of blood supply to the feet. When you lack physical activity, blood supply to the feet is not sufficient. The best remedy to treat the blackness in the feet is exercises.

Quick exercise to treat heel pain, improve blood circulation and get rid of the black toe fingers.

Sit straight on a chair, place the feet on the floor; raise the heel part and tap it on the floor. Repeat it for 30 times.
